Director | Head Speech-Language Pathologist

SPEAKtacular Therapy Centre Sdn. Bhd. was established by the founder and director, Piriya Dharshini Jaganathan, and focuses on pediatric speech and language development and intervention as well as occupational therapy needs.


Piriya, born and brought up in Subang Jaya, Selangor is a qualified speech and language pathologist currently practicing in Malaysia. She is a member of the Malaysian Association of Speech-Language and Hearing (MASH) since 2017. She received her Hanen Training for the More Than Words program in 2019.

In 2013, she embarked on an educational journey to Chennai, India with the goal of becoming a speech-language pathologist. In 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, India.

​

During her time in India, she worked in a variety of settings (hospitals, schools for special needs, and development centers) to enhance her professional skills. She also had a great opportunity where she conducted programs around schools in Chennai to raise awareness among teachers for childhood communication disorders: identification and importance for early intervention.

In Malaysia, currently, she has been practicing as a pediatric speech-language pathologist since 2017. 

​

After four (4) years of professional growth, she has now opened her own centre, to continue supporting the children and their families in the community in educating and developing their child's communication skills. While on her journey,  she will continue to pursue her dream to be to provide her service to the community where and when possible.

Rizvana Mayisvren

Speech-Language Pathologist

RIZVANA MAYISVREN is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in 2020 from MERF Institute of Speech and Hearing (Chennai, India). She began her career as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in February 2020. She has experience working in a Multi-Disciplinary Centre that provides EIP programs and individual therapy programs. She has experience working with children with speech delay, apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorder, and children with dyslexia. In October 2022, she began her career at Speaktacular Therapy Centre to continue providing her service of supporting children to improve the quality of their lives by providing individualized speech and language therapy.
